Question: "Hello Tim, Thank you for sending me parts promptly. Our HP Designjet 500 42in had relatively low usage. The belt was replaced 1-2x over its lifespan. We got error 22:10, and a short time after that the power supply failed. I ordered and received a power supply and ISS and replaced both. Power works, but there is no action from the plotter except the message error 22:10. I rechecked connections, and all seems fine. I manually undocked the printheads but no change, just error 22:10.
