All products sold by LPS are 100% guaranteed for quality. Any defective product or product shipped in error can be returned to LPS for a refund for 30 days from purchase date. Non-defective items may also be returned within 30 days for a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Opened plotter supply items (ink, paper, print heads) and special order items are NOT returnable.
An RMA number and completed return form are required for returns. Call 760 749 1580 or email sales@lpscomputer to obtain an RMA number and return form.
Unauthorized returns will be investigated, and the sender contacted within 1 business day of receipt of the item(s). If the item(s) was sent in error, LPS will return the item(s) at the sender's expense. If the sender does not want the item(s), LPS will dispose of the item(s) at no cost. If the sender cannot be contacted, or no resolution is reached within 10 days, LPS will dispose of the item(s).
