How to reset E-mod to correct model and serial number:

(Solution for Errors 1:10 & 1:12)

1. Power up while pressing UP and ENTER (service mode)
2. Choose SERVICE UTILITIES
3. Choose EEROM SETUP
4. Enter serial #, model # and font type
5. Switch power off and back on
6. Perform paper advance calibration
