Hello, I had just installed one of your belts for the the DJ 5000ps and when I tried printing the calibration sheet the printer started leaking the light cyan ink. I think the problem was with my Ink Tube System and have bought a replacement from you guys. The ink got everywhere all the print head cleaners were soaked and the vacuum fan had was all saturated as well. My question is since the ink got everywhere do I need to get new print heads and print head cleaners. Seeing as how they are around $140 each it would be...

I just got and put in the Drop Detector you sent me today, works great. Now I still have a problem with the cutter. Keep getting a 0D0005 03180386 error code. Do I need to replace the cutter? Are there other tests do? I love your company, the videos are very helpful, and the service manual I downloaded is a great help. Hi! I am having a problem on our hp designjet 5500 when I turn on the machine the initialization hangs up and initialized only up to 70% and error message will appear ffffffff 034C04F6. I have an error code OBOOO4 (Air Pressure System Failure) Couple of months ago I had a major leak from the black ink cartridge, which I cleaned up externally and refitted the black ink cartridge and all seemed ok. What we are currently experiencing is that the HP5000 no longer finishes any plotting where the input file comprises of a significant amount of data. We still can plot vector drawings where most of the space on paper stays white. When we want to plot such a map sheet with a photographic underlay, though, we are no longer successful.We are printing on a 36" roll using the entire width.
