Designjet 5500 boots to 70%

Hi! I am having a problem on our hp designjet 5500 when I turn on the machine the initialization hangs up and initialized only up to 70% and error message will appear ffffffff 034C04F6. I try to search on my service manual what is the problem but i couldn't find the error codes what is the problem. I hope you can help to solve my problem on our printer.. Thanks
Good Morning Sir thanks for the reply, Problem solved!
The printer is waiting for a response from the edge/line detector on the right side of the carriage. Remove & replace the lens on line detector and power up.
