The ordering and delivery of the printhead was swift and easy. Turns out, I did a little rehab routine that Tim taught me of setting the “disabled” printhead I intended to replace on a wet paper towel and let it sit for a bit. Reinstalled it and ran a test and it was still not cooperating, so I ordered the reconditioned one as just by luck it was the one I needed. I received it and started the printer in order to do the install and the printer showed “ready” ! Murphy’s law. I ran the printhead test, and it came out perfectly! Re calibrated the paper and ran some actual photo print tests with my Shirleys and targets and everything was just right. As always I get great advice and tips for my HP Z31009 from LPS and Tim. It is a comfort to know they are there. So I now have a spare blue/green printhead ready to go! Question…does theUniverse have a sense of humor? ~Tom Upton
