LPS Shipped what I ordered

Looked great, well packaged and arrived promptly, but was no use to my client as he had given me the wrong printer id and the cable was too short .
Due to urgency we found an alternative solution and binned the part from LPS. Clients fault not LPS.

exactly what was needed

Having sudden 2110 errors on my HP Designjet 500 and spoke to LPS Computers for advice. They recommended this piece and offered to refund it if it didn't work. It DID, and they were gracious enough to refund the other parts that weren't needed.
