Minimum ink level required for priming

Posted by Bob Wert on

Considering replacing one of these and wondered how much ink should be left in a cartridge before starting the priming process?

Good question.  If the ink level in any of the cartridges is below 20% or you have a “CARTRIDGE LOW” indication, the  plotter will refuse to prime until it sees a higher ink level.  The plotter wants to be sure to have a successful priming routine.
