Note: The service station is the primary component in preventive maintenance kit 2 (PMK2). If the printer asks for PMK2, this is the part to replace.

How we upgrade it

• More backlash in the wiper drive gears, so the teeth are less likely to seize the motor
• A modified wiper tray actuator arm, so the wiper array cannot stick in the down position
• Molding marks removed where they could interfere with wiper tray motion
