The right part

The right part to fix my machine. Thanks for the instructional videos. I don't understand why I got $15 instead of $20 for the returned core. The refurbs all come with a new plastic piece, so if mine was broken, that shouldn't have counted against me. I wonder if anybody actually gets the full $20.

To clarify, not all refurbished ink tube systems come with new plastic pieces. Only the reinforced version is fitted with new plastic pieces. To avoid compromising the value of the core, exercise extreme care when uninstalling your old ink tube system.

Exactly what I wanted

The inkstation replacement kit arrived quickly to Norway, and the installation went well thanks to Bob Weir's youtube video. Thanks!

Ink Tubes

Item was received , but was not clear that instead of setup printheasd, syringe was provided, instruction showed how to use it, but did not indicate replacement, I spend three days calling, finally the operator told me that setup printheads were replaced by syringe. ( in the future clarification will prevent confusions for people like me)
