What a great option.

When I first got this error code it was a huge headache and super frustrating. I did a search and Designjet Store popped up with youtube tutorials and I had no idea that this was even a thing. They were helpful and offer a great option to get cash back if you send in the broken item you purchased. I gave 4 stars cause I was afraid when I put in the formatter I got an error code twice in each start up. Then in it came up and worked. I was in desperate need for this part because I had several orders I needed to complete.
