Excellent product

The Designjet 1050C replacement carriage belt is an excellent product. My only complaint is with the video instructions. The audio is only on the left channel, and at a very low level. It does, however, cover all the disassembly steps. By playing each step and then pausing the video, I was able to replace the belt. I wish that it had covered all the *assembly* steps. I finally stepped through the video again with a notepad, making note of each step so that I could do them in reverse order.
I also wish that the video had more carefully explained where the splice has to go, as it is critical, with only an inch or two of leeway.
All that said, I am very happy with the new belt and the fast service by LPS.

As for the email asking me to review the product, there is another problem. When I clicked on the 5-star icon in the email, I got a message, " Invalid token
Something went wrong. Please go back to your email and click "Write review on the web" if this error persists." LPS needs to re-evaluate their use of Judge.me services if this is the sort of service they provide.
