Called for issues with HP Designjet 500. Customer service was really helpful.
These people has all the experiance to provide excellet support and carry all the parts needed. Yes you can get it somehere else cheaper but one of the priorities is to support US business instead of oversea businesses with no customer service at all.

Power Supply did its job

Power supply arrived when it was supposed to. And thanks to LPS's website tutorials was able to easily disassemble the part of the printer that I needed to uninstall the bad power supply and install the new one. Printer powered on as soon as I plugged in the power cord. Previously...it was completely dead. Thanks LPS for providing both the part and the tutorials.
