Now what do I do?

Don't know if I still have a 22:10 error but I now have a 11:11 error on startup. And no idea how to fix it. I think I have paper weight...

Hi Michael,
Error 11:11 indicates the printer thinks the trailing cable isn't connected properly. The trailing cable is the set of 2 white ribbon cables that run between the emod and the carriage PCA. Please re-seat the trailing cable connections and see if the problem persists.

Good Cable

The cable itself is good and the promptness of the delivery was very timely. I am very happy with the transaction. However, the cable was ordered by my students and they picked the wrong part number. I do need the other cable. My freshmen students were able to install the new cable with little effort.

Fixed Error 21:10

Came in timely fashion, fixed my issue. Thought the Service Station was it, thought I put in wrong screws, though i messed up the carriage. Nope just the cable. No complaints!
