I found the easy button

Found Bob Wert's Youtube video explaining how to fix belt on my Designjet 500. This led me to the LPS website was easy to navigate and find belt and encoder strip. Arrived today (after a Canada Post delay of 2 weeks) and installed it. Again put on Bob's very professional step by step video and I have my plotter back. I found the easy button.
