The right part, with expert guidance on how to make sure it is the RIGHT Part.

This motor replaces the starwheel motor on the older Z-series printers, but also replaces the inner sled motor inside the service station, in response to error 21:13. I bought it to solve that error, which it did perfectly.

As with all LPS purchases, this is not only the right part at a good price, but when you call by phone, you typically get either Bob or Tim Wert on the phone, who will help you make sure what part you need. They have consistently been my go-to guys on HP DesignJet care& troubleshooting.
