How we rebuild it

OEM synthetic rubber (buna) seals oxidize, crack and leak over time. Every LPS rebuilt tube system gets:

• Ink tubes chemically cleaned, flushed with pure water and dried with particle-free air
• New LPS-designed silicone seals, with an expected life of at least 20 years
• All printhead ports and check valves replaced with new parts (LPS design)
• Smart chip life count reset to zero

Returned tube systems must be complete, with no missing parts. Tube systems that have been disassembled or broken apart cannot be repaired without special tooling and new seals, so they have no core value and are not refunded.
