Not included

Ink tube PCAs. Each PCA has a unique serial ID, so you must reuse your printer's original ink tube PCAs.

How we rebuild it

OEM tube seals oxidize, crack and leak over time. Every LPS rebuilt tube system gets:

• Ink tubes chemically cleaned, flushed with pure water and dried with particle-free air
• All 36 buna seals replaced with LPS-designed silicone seals, with an expected lifespan of at least 10 years
• All printhead ports and check valves replaced with new parts (LPS design)
• A leak test at 3x normal operating pressure

Returned tube systems must be complete, with no missing parts. Tube systems that have been disassembled or broken apart cannot be repaired without special tooling and new parts, so they have no core value and are not refunded.
