Your help with Print heads, the cleaning kit, along with other replacement issues (drive belt) over the years has been like "life saving". There is no way I will buy another plotter and I'll end up having to send pages to Fed Ex Office if it ever dies. Thanks for being there. It's like going to an older doctor who still writes his interview notes on a pad, and calls you directly on his personal phone. I know, I'm nuts. There are some of us out here who really care about our equipment. PS. I'm still working in Windows 7, with a Dell tower under my desk.
