Just in time for Christmas

Our HP Z3200 quit working during our Christmas rush. Got extra fast shipping and the Carriage Bushing we needed so badly in record time. Installation was a snap using the installation video by LPS Computer. Thanks for helping us LPS.

Bushing replacement

Glad I ordered two. The first one broke when I bent it just a little to get it into the holes it fits inside. Nonetheless despite this and a rather complicated situation with customs ie broker needed etc. am very glad you exist, and the second unit did the job and my printer is now running perfectly. Your videos are a lifesaver tho it would have been good to have directions for removing the front panel on the bushing replacement video. I only found those directions on the belt replacement video after I already removed about twenty screws unnecessarily before I found it.

Carriage Bushing

The part arrived a day earlier than estimated. It was simple to change out and it fixed the issue with the carriage.

Exactly What I Needed

Our HP Z3200ps 44" started to print with lines and it actually looked like the carriage was hitting the edge of the paper with each pass putting a dent into the edge of the paper. I watched the printer as it printed on the paper closely and I could see that the print was laid down perfectly but then the page was scratched by the carriage producing the lines. Yes, it needed the carriage bushing. It was all together missing. We have no idea how it got missing. We could not find it anywhere inside the printer. I followed the LPS YouTube video on replacing the bushing. It was an easy fix and it fixed the problem. without the bushing the carriage hangs lower and is closer to the paper.
