This is the HDD that mounts on the formatter board for use in all variants of the Designjet T790 and T1300 (including PostScript and T795).  The formatter board is not included.  The HDD has virgin firmware preloaded and is not yet passworded by a plotter. Instructions included.

Just what I needed

We had several power failures from storms, and think that damaged our T1300's HDD. It was pretty old anyway. We were happy to find LPS online. Our local tech also recommended LPS. Their service was great. I needed some instructions to be sure I installed it correctly. Then I needed to update the firmware. The LPS support was awesome! I highly recommend LPS if you need to replace your Designjet HDD.
Just a note - our T1300 printed great for a few days, then suddenly overnight had error codes. I was able to troubleshoot it. It turned out to only be a bad printhead. I keep extras on hand, so was back printing. It had nothing to do with the new HDD. Have faith if your printer acts up after replacing the HDD!

Replacement HD for T790

Worked perfectly. Only issue is that I had to use USB to flash the updated firmware before it would boot.
