The ordering and delivering process were excellent, precise and on-time.
As is sometimes typical with mechanical items, the day that I ordered this part my plotter begin to behave itself. When it relapses next time, to not noticing the yellow ink cartridge, I have the replacement part to in my office to use in moving forward without this continuing error. This error has been reoccurring over the last 18 months.
