FAQ
1. How difficult is it to replace the carriage belt?
If you have average mechanical skills, and the instructions are followed, most people can replace the belt and calibrate the printer without calling for technical assistance. If you have apprehensions about doing the replacement yourself, perhaps you can find another person with technical skills to help you.

2. How long will it take to replace the belt?
An experienced technician can do the work in less than an hour. Allow yourself 2 to 4 hours for the first time through.

NASA, JPL, The Goddard Space Center, and many universities buy LPS belt kits. They trust us and you can too.

Awesome parts and FAST arrival

I got onto the LPS website, read a bunch of information about troubleshooting they provided through links, and ordered a part (belt with install kit). The belt and kit came within just a few days and the kit looks like it will make the install a breeze. The belt looks like a higher quality than what was on the machine originally. Very happy with purchase!

Great Parts, Great Advice!

Second one of these I have ordered, and it won't be the last. It's not a cheap knock off! The support given is more valuable than the quality parts you sell!

Not Quite Perfect

For a relatively expensive kit that includes things like a cheap multi screwdriver kit (not needed by most doing this repair but i'm sure appreciated by some without the proper tools on hand) and the printhead registration paper (not absolutely needed but appreciated) I was disappointed that the double sided sticky pads for the trailing cable that would appear to be needed. I have not done the replacement yet but I do not expect any problems. By the way the inclusion of the necessary manual pages was nice.

HP DESIGNJET T610, T1100, T620, T1120 Belt Kit (D-size 24")

Quick ship and exactly the parts I needed. The included printed instructions were not exactly for our model of plotter but I was able to skip past the irrelevant sections and figured out the couple steps that were not included. Highly recommend!

HP Design Jet 610 Belt Replacement

Outstanding materials shipped fast. The service from LPS deserved a 5 star but I had one issue in reassembling the printer. The excellent YouTube Video failed to mention reinstalling the paper cutter and I had to disassemble several steps to correct the procedure. I would never have gotten the job done without the video, the tool kit and the calibration paper, none of which are listed at the HP parts store. Thank you very much, you saved me hundreds of dollars!!!
