Most HP Authorized Designjet Service Providers charge at least $250.00 as a minimum service charge
for on-site plotter repair, plus parts (with highly inflated prices). HP will charge more
than $1,500.00 as a minimum Designjet service labor charge, plus parts! There is a practical alternative
to these options.
If you have average mechanical skills or have a friend who does, you can repair your HP Designjet.
