Although we cannot offer service on all printers, we are experienced and have parts for most printers. Service Contracts
Service contracts are available for almost all printers and plotters. On-Site Service contracts are customized for each customer's individual needs. Our service contracts always include a guaranteed response time, labor, parts, travel and discounts for supplies. Please call for current pricing and options for your printer equipment.

Time and Materials
On-Site service calls can also be performed for equipment not under contract, on a time and materials basis.

Warranty Work
LPS Computer Service Group, Inc. can repair your printer/plotters at no charge if the equipment is still under the manufacturers original warranty. We can only perform warranty work on printers that we are authorized to service. Please call to see if your equipment is still covered under warranty. Proof of purchase may be required.

Depot Service
Depot service is also available for all printers and plotters. Average turn-around time for depot service is 48 hours.
